Production & QC

Machines are built to your confirmed specifications. Every unit undergoes a full function test with your container and label before shipment. Test video provided.
 

Delivery & Commissioning

  • Q What is the price range?

    A Entry-level semi-automatic labelers start from USD 2,800. Fully automatic single-head systems: USD 6,000–15,000. Complete labeling + filling lines: USD 25,000–120,000+ depending on speed and integration. Send your bottle and label specs for an exact quote.

  • Q How do you support installation overseas?

    A Three options: (1) free remote video commissioning by our engineers; (2) detailed installation manuals + tutorial videos in EN/ES/FR; (3) on-site engineer dispatch (visa + airfare + daily fee, available for orders above USD 30k).

  • Q What is your lead time and shipping process?

    A Standard models ship in 25–35 days. Custom lines: 35–60 days. We handle FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou by default and can arrange CIF / DDP on request. All machines are wooden-crate packed with desiccant for sea freight.

  • Q Can your machines be customized to our containers and labels?

    A Yes. Over 60% of our orders include custom configurations — non-standard bottle sizes, special label materials, multi-language HMI, voltage adaptation (110V / 220V / 380V / 415V), and integration with your existing capping or filling lines.

  • Q What certifications do your machines have?

    A All YCT labeling and filling machines are CE-certified for the EU market. Our quality system follows ISO 9001:2015 standards, and we provide SGS / TÜV third-party inspection reports on request. Food-contact components use FDA-compliant 304/316 stainless steel.
