The YCT-61H features a specialized positioning mechanism (using photoelectric sensors or visual cameras) that detects a specific mark, handle, or seam on the bottle, ensuring the label is applied in the exact same designated spot every time. It also easily supports front-and-back double labeling.
Yes. The YCT-61H is designed to apply both front and back labels from a single roll, provided the labels are printed alternately on the roll. The PLC system allows you to easily adjust the spacing between the two labels via the touchscreen.
The machine is highly adjustable and handles bottle diameters from φ25mm to φ100mm. For different bottle sizes, you only need to make simple mechanical adjustments using the handwheels (no tools required). For extremely different bottle shapes, custom mold parts can be provided.
