The YCT-GZ Series Automatic Servo Piston Filling Machine is Yucheng Machinery's core multi-head filling platform for food, beverage, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical production. The series spans five configurations — 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 heads — giving engineers a scalable solution that matches current targets and upgrades as volume grows.
Each piston is driven by a dedicated servo motor, so fill volume is controlled by an electronically defined stroke length rather than mechanical stops. The result is ±1% accuracy across all heads throughout the full production run, for thin liquids through moderately thick lotions and sauces. Volume changes are made on the HMI; the servo system recalibrates automatically.
All wetted parts are food-grade SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, with filling heads designed for quick tool-free disassembly. An optional diving nozzle eliminates foam and splash in detergents, shampoos, and aerated food products.
