The YCT-13 Semi-Automatic 360° Rolling Labeling Machine solves a key packaging challenge: consistent wrap-around labeling on non-round containers. By driving each product through a controlled 360° rolling action against the label dispensing head, the YCT-13 applies self-adhesive wrap-around labels cleanly and precisely to flat bottles, square containers, packing boxes, plastic caps, and other irregular or prismatic workpieces — containers that conventional round bottle labelers cannot handle.
This method is ideal for cosmetic lines handling flat bottles, embossed containers, or non-uniform cross-sections. Because the machine conforms the label to the actual surface as the product rolls, it achieves excellent adhesion and alignment even on prismatic edges or arc profiles. Custom molds ensure consistent orientation on each cycle.
Operating at ±0.5 mm accuracy, the YCT-13 delivers a premium finish suitable for cosmetic, personal care, and specialty packaging. A single operator loads products, triggers the cycle, and achieves 15–30 pcs/min — ideal for short-to-medium runs with frequent changeovers. An optional ribbon coding machine prints batch numbers, manufacture dates, and expiry dates onto each label during application.
