Books, file folders, paper cartons, and boxes all share the same labeling challenge: they're flat-topped, often large, and don't fit round-bottle labeling equipment. The YCT-114 is built specifically for top-surface labeling on these flat and large-format products — and with a modified label-covering structure, it also handles uneven, concave, and slightly curved surfaces without switching to a different machine.
If your production line currently relies on manual label application for boxes, folders, or cartons — or your existing equipment can't keep up with mixed flat and irregular surfaces — the YCT-114 is designed to close that gap.

Built for Flat and Large-Format Products
Unlike round-bottle or cylindrical labelers, the YCT-114 is engineered for top-surface application on flat products — books, file folders, boxes, and paper cartons — including large-size flat items that many compact tabletop labelers can't accommodate.
Adapts to Uneven and Curved Surfaces
By modifying the label-strengthening structure, the same machine can also apply labels to uneven, concave, or slightly curved surfaces — reducing the need to invest in a separate machine for irregular packaging within your product mix.
Optional Labeling + Coding Integration
Add an optional ribbon coding head to print production batch numbers and manufacture/expiry dates directly onto the label during application — combining labeling and coding into a single pass. Alternatively, an inkjet printer can be added to the conveyor to print date, batch, and expiry information before or after labeling. Both options are designed to reduce manual coding steps and improve production efficiency.
Compact Tabletop Footprint
At approximately 1200×780×800mm and 110kg, the YCT-114 fits on a standard workbench or small production cell, making it a practical fit for facilities without space for a full floor-standing line.
Manufactured to Export Standards
Every YCT-114 unit is built under ISO 9001:2015 quality management and is CE certified for the EU market. SGS/TÜV third-party inspection reports are available on request, giving procurement teams the documentation needed for import compliance and internal quality audits.
Printing & Publishing: books, file folders, paper tags
Packaging: paper cartons, boxes, flat trays
Daily Chemicals & Cosmetics: flat-sided boxes and cartons
Any production line requiring top-surface labeling on flat, uneven, or slightly curved products
Flat or large-format products are positioned on the tabletop conveyor or feeding platform.
Sensors detect each product before label dispensing begins.
The label-covering mechanism applies the label to the top surface — flat, uneven, or curved, depending on your configuration.
If coding integration is added, batch and date information is printed during or immediately after the labeling step.
Every production line has different box sizes, surface profiles, and label requirements. Send us your product dimensions and label specs, and our engineering team will confirm compatibility — including whether the uneven/curved surface configuration applies to your product — and return a formal quote, typically within 24 hours.

1. Can the YCT-114 label surfaces that aren't perfectly flat, like slightly concave or curved boxes?
Yes. By modifying the label-strengthening structure, the YCT-114 can be configured to label uneven, concave, or arc-shaped surfaces in addition to standard flat surfaces. Tell us about your product's surface profile so our team can confirm the right configuration.
2. What's the difference between the ribbon coder and inkjet printer options for coding?
The ribbon coding head is mounted directly on the labeler head and prints batch number and date information onto the label as it's applied, combining labeling and coding into one step. The inkjet option is mounted on the conveyor and prints directly onto the product or label before or after the labeling step. Let us know your coding requirements (text, barcode, variable data) so we can recommend the right fit.
3. Can this machine handle products larger than the standard size range?
The standard configuration covers products up to 400mm in length, 200mm in width, and 120mm in height. If your product is larger or has non-standard dimensions, send us a sample or exact measurements — the YCT-114 can be adjusted according to your specific product size.
4. How accurate is the labeling, and does it stay consistent at full speed?
Labeling accuracy is rated at ±1mm under standard conditions (excluding product and label manufacturing tolerance). Actual performance depends on product surface consistency and label quality — we recommend a sample test run before committing to full production volume.
5. Is the YCT-114 suitable for a small production line without much floor space?
Yes. At approximately 1200×780×800mm and 110kg, the YCT-114 is a tabletop unit designed to fit on a standard workbench or small production cell, without requiring a full floor-standing line installation.
6. What label roll sizes are compatible with this machine?
The YCT-114 accepts label rolls with a 76mm inner diameter and up to 250mm outer diameter, with label sizes from 6–250mm in length and 15–120mm in width. Share your current label roll specs so we can confirm compatibility.
7. What's included in after-sales support?
YCT Machinery provides installation guidance, operator training support, and technical assistance via WhatsApp and email, with a 24-hour response commitment. SGS/TÜV third-party inspection reports are available on request for your quality documentation.
8. How do we get a formal quote?
Send us your product dimensions, surface profile (flat, uneven, or curved), label specifications, and whether you need coding integration. Our engineering team reviews every request and responds with a configuration recommendation and quote within 24 hours.
